Coffee Broastery Colombia Medellin Premium is a 100% arabica sourced from one of Colombia’s most highly regarded coffee regions. Plantations located at altitudes of 1200-2000 metres above sea level provide ideal conditions for slow bean maturation, which translates into quality and a complex character. ⛰️
The beans undergo a wet processing method, which highlights the clarity of aroma and the natural freshness of the brew. A medium-light roast helps maintain balance between sweetness and delicate acidity.
The flavour profile is dominated by notes of chocolate and caramel, complemented by fruity accents of redcurrant and orange. This is a coffee with a classic character, smooth texture and a pleasant finish – perfect for any time of day. 🌿
