To fully appreciate the charm of flowering tea, put traditional ceramic mugs aside for a moment. The key to success is choosing the right vessel. For the best visual effect, prepare the infusion in a transparent, glass teapot with a capacity of 1 to 1.5 litres. Only in this way will the tea composition have enough space to unfurl freely.
- Pour 1-1.5l of hot water at a temperature of 80°C into a glass teapot.
- Carefully place 1 ball of flowering tea into the water.
- Leave to brew for approximately 7-9 minutes. During this time, you can admire the formed ball transforming into a beautiful arrangement.
- Once the tea has fully opened and the infusion has taken on colour and aroma, it is ready to serve. Pour out the infusion and enjoy its flavour!
💡 Tip: Sunny Blossom blooming tea is suitable for multiple brewing. If you want to pour water over the ball again, do it right after it has cooled down. You can brew the tea ball 2-4 times. Just remember to use less and less water and appropriately extend the next brewing time. Also, ensure that after separating it from the infusion, the composition does not stay without water for too long.
